A Life Steeped in Sound

Gabriel Contreras is a music producer who was born in Caracas, Venezuela. In his teenage years he immigrated to Miami, Florida where dance music piqued his interest and he delved into the world of House Music. He’s been influenced by the likes of Sidepiece, James Hype and Vintage Culture, manifesting a desire to produce Tech House and Brazilian Bass as his genres of choice. He sharpened and honed his talents as a DJ while serving in the United States Marine Corps and shortly after his service, he jumped into music production which is how his passion ignited his brand in the Seattle region. In 2017 he moved to Washington and gained traction performing at Electric Taco Tuesdays alongside Ocean Grooves Entertainment. Since then he’s performed at private shows, clubs, boat parties, and silent discos from Seattle to Las Vegas. To many, he’s become known as one of the Tacoma area’s top House DJs.
